Very quiet but still central location in an apartment house of 5 apartments on beautiful Lärchenring, directly by the cross-country track and golf course respectively. Large furnished west terrace renovated in 2019. Apartment completely renovated in 2017. Reserved car parking directly in front of the apartment. Kitchen with oven and ceramic stove top, fridge with freezing compartment, coffee maker, water boiler, toaster, dining table. Shower/WC with matured timber ceiling and window for natural light, heated towel rack, hair dryer. Double bed 2 x 90 cm x 200 cm, armchair and reading lamp, baby bed and high chair available. Vestibule with storage rack, many hangers and exclusive washing machine and tumbler. Shared use of storage room. Wireless LAN, intercom, 2 apartment keys. No smoking. Pets only on request.
Directions
On the street Promenade towards Davos Platz take a left after the supermarket Migros onto Hertistrasse. Stay on Hertistrasse for about 500m, crossing Talstrasse and the train tracks. At the hotel Waldhuus, turn right onto Mattastrasse. After around 500m, at Mattastrasse 34, turn left onto Lärchenring. You will find the apartment house on the left after about 150m.
